Other things to note:
In accordance with local regulations, we require a copy of the passport of every guest checking in. These documents must be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal. In addition, all guests must be registered at the tower reception in order to gain access to the building.
To avoid delays or inconvenience during check-in, please send all passport copies to the Black Forest Holiday Homes team at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Please note that a Tourism Dirham Fee applies in Dubai and is charged in addition to the accommodation rate. This fee will be displayed separately during the payment process.
