According to local laws, we need a copy of the passport of all guests checking in so that they can be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal and we can register you at the tower's reception to secure access to the building.
To avoid delays and inconvenience, we ask that you send all passes to the Black Forest Holiday Homes team at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Please note that in Dubai there is a tourist tax that is charged at the time of booking in addition to the nightly rate. This will be displayed to you for each item when paying.
