Other important information
In accordance with local regulations, we require a copy of the passport of every guest checking in so that the information can be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal and you can be registered at the tower reception to gain access to the building.
To avoid delays or inconvenience, please send copies of all passports to the Black Forest Holiday Homes team at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Please note that a Tourism Dirham fee applies in Dubai. This fee is charged in addition to the accommodation rate and will be shown separately during the booking and payment process.
