According to local laws, we require a copy of the passport of all guests checking in so that they can be uploaded to the portal DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) and we can register you at the front desk of the tower to secure access to the building.
To avoid any delays and inconveniences, we kindly ask you to send all passes to the Black Forest Holiday Homes team at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival.
Please note that a tourist tax is charged in Dubai, which is charged at the time of booking in addition to the nightly rate. This will be shown to you for each item when you pay.
