Two Bedrooms
The two stylishly designed bedrooms combine modern comfort with a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.
The master bedroom features a spacious double bed and offers the perfect retreat after an exciting day in Dubai.
The second bedroom also includes a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and is ideal for additional guests or family members.
In addition, the sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a comfortable bed for two, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests.
Built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms provide ample storage space and help keep everything organized throughout your stay. Fresh bed linen is, of course, provided.
Bathrooms
The apartment features 2 modern bathrooms with high-quality materials and elegant finishes.
The bathrooms offer everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a shower or bathtub, a vanity with storage, and large mirrors. There is also a fully equipped guest WC.
For your comfort, complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, and soap, as well as fresh towels, are provided upon arrival.
Open Kitchen & Dining Area
The modern open-plan kitchen is both functional and stylish, blending seamlessly into the living area.
It is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential kitchen utensils.

Other important information
In accordance with local regulations, we require a copy of the passport of every guest checking in so that the information can be uploaded to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal and your arrival can be registered with the tower reception to grant access to the building.
To avoid delays or inconvenience, please send copies of all passports to the Black Forest Holiday Homes team at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Please note that a Tourism Dirham fee is charged in Dubai in addition to the accommodation rate. This fee will be shown as a separate item during the booking and payment process.
