In accordance with local regulations, we require a copy of the passport of all guests checking in. This is necessary to upload the details to the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal and to register you at the tower reception to grant building access.
To avoid any delays or inconvenience, please send all passports to the Black Forest Holiday Homes team at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Please note that a tourism fee applies in Dubai and will be charged in addition to the accommodation price. This fee will be clearly displayed during the booking/payment process.
