Cancellation Policy:
Short-Term Stays (fewer than 28 nights)
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before check-in and will receive a full refund of the accommodation price, including any applicable fees.
Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in are refunded at 50% of the accommodation price.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable with respect to the accommodation price; applicable taxes will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
In addition, if a booking is made at least 7 days before check-in, the guest may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Long-Term Stays (28 nights or more)
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before check-in and will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable for the first 30 nights of the stay. Refunds apply to any remaining nights beyond that period.
These terms apply regardless of whether the booking was made directly through Black Forest Holiday Homes L.L.C. or via a third-party platform. The applicable cancellation policy will always be confirmed to the guest at the time of booking.
