Heavy, elegant curtains allow for complete blackout when desired.

The stylish bathroom impresses with clean lines and high-quality finishes, featuring a premium shower, elegant vanity, large mirror, and fresh towels. A separate guest WC adds extra convenience for all guests.
Guest access
During your stay, the entire apartment is exclusively at your private disposal — including the bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and guest WC. You will also have full access to the building's shared amenities, including the outdoor pool, modern gym and a secure parking space within the building.
Please note that there is no direct walkway access to the Marina from the building. Dubai Marina Walk, Marina Mall, and the Palm Jumeirah are just a few minutes away.
Other things to note
In accordance with local regulations, we require a copy of the passports of all arriving guests prior to check-in for registration with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please send the required documents at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
In Dubai, a Tourism Dirham fee is charged in accordance with local regulations and is applied in addition to the accommodation rate.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM (GMT+4), and check-out is until 11:00 AM (GMT+4). Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and possibly at an additional cost.
Parties and events are not permitted. The apartment is a non-smoking property.
